Acupuncture
Improve overall body function and promote your body's natural self healing processes. Fine needles along with electo-stimulation are used to stimulate acupoints to further these natural effects.
Massage Therapy
Relax and stimulate healing with acupressure and manual massage to deepen the stimulation of the acupoints. We also use other modalities such as cupping, gua sha or scraping, and infrared heat.
Plant Medicine
Support your body with plant based medicine guidance. Topical CBD oil and lotion are used in treatment to soothe the nervous system and release muscle spasms. Modern Medicinals CBD products sold in clinic.

Sandy is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, massage therapist and a certified yoga teacher. Her education includes a massage degree from East-West College of the Healing Arts, 700 hour yoga training certified by the Yoga Alliance, and a Masters degree from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She has owned her own healing practice in Oregon since 1999.
Sandy’s treatments include massage therapy, acupuncture and may include one or more of the following modalities: electro-stim, cupping, moxa therapy, infrared heat therapy, and plant formulas. Her focus is treating musculo-skeletal pain and dysfunction (low back pain, neck kinks, work related back and shoulder pain, spine related injuries, numbness/tingling nerve syndromes, sciatica, bursitis, arthritis,etc) migraines, headaches, stress related health issues, woman's health (fertility, PMS, hormone regulation, menopausal symptoms, acne).

Uninsured
Out-of-pocket $120 first visit. Return visits are $110.
Insured
Insurance copay & coinsurance rates vary depending on treatment and insurance coverage. Please contact our office with questions regarding out-of-pocket rates.
We bill to most major insurance companies as well as for Motor Vehicle Accidents and SAIF-personal injury claims.
We are happy to check on your benefits for you if you call in advance. Please note that benefits quoted to us are subject to your plan limits at the time of service and patients are responsible for the cost of treatment. Your benefits may be subject to a deductible prior to your copay or coinsurance.

Please note that a $50 late cancellation charge will apply to any appointment cancelled or missed without 24 hours notice. Repeat no-shows or cancellations will result in the patient being responsible for the full cost of the treatment.
